With more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and financial services, Shavon S. Staten brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a client-first approach to Trye Group LLC. Her experience spans residential, construction, renovation, and commercial lending, with expertise across the full loan process from application through closing.

Shavon’s career has been built around understanding every stage of the lending process and helping clients, teams, and transactions move forward with confidence.
​Over the years, she has held progressive roles including Director of Operations & Processing, Processing Manager, Processing Supervisor, Senior Underwriter/Quality Control Analyst, Renovation Subject Matter Expert, Senior Loan Processor, and Mortgage Loan Originator. Her lending experience includes Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, renovation, construction-to-permanent, multi-unit, and commercial transactions.
​Through each role, Shavon has developed a strong ability to analyze complex financial documentation, manage loan pipelines, solve processing challenges, maintain compliance, improve workflows, and lead teams toward efficient and timely closings.
