Meet Traye Russell

Operations Manager

Traye Russell serves as Operations Manager of The Trye Group, where he oversees company-wide operations, including marketing, post-closing, financials, and the end-to-end loan process for a high-volume pipeline of bridge, fix-and-flip, and Non-QM loans.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Traye brings more than seven years of team leadership experience and over ten years of experience across corporate sales, retail, and business operations.

Leadership Across Operations, Sales & Lending

Traye brings a broad background across mortgage lending, sales, credit analysis, team leadership, and business operations. At The Trye Group, he oversees cross-functional teams, staff training, vendor coordination, workflow improvements, and communication with brokers and borrowers to help loans close efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership and origination roles with Guaranteed Rate, AnnieMac Home Mortgage, and Freedom Mortgage, worked as a Credit Analyst at ClearOne Advantage, and spent five years managing operations at two Maryland golf course facilities.

Traye also serves as Sales Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG), where he leads a high-producing sales team, recruits and trains licensed loan originators, supports pipeline management, and works closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams. He has also been recognized by corporate leadership for production breakthroughs.

His experience is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Towson University and a Certified Professional in the Life and Health Insurance Program (CPLHI) credential.
